Journal Through your Grief

Journaling can be a valuable and healing practice when coping with the loss of a loved one. Expressing your thoughts, emotions, and memories on paper can provide an outlet for grief and help in the healing process. Journaling allows you to reflect on your feelings, share cherished memories, and explore your emotions in a safe and private space. It can bring a sense of clarity, self-awareness, and gradually help you make sense of the loss. Additionally, journaling can serve as a way to preserve the memory of your loved one and create a personal narrative of their impact on your life. Through the act of writing, you can find solace, seek comfort, and gradually find acceptance amidst the pain of grief.

Dear God, My Heart is Broken

In times of heartache, many find solace in their faith and believe that God has the power to heal their brokenness. Through prayer, surrender, and and journaling, individuals can find strength in God's ability to mend their brokenness and bring about healing.

I also believe God can take our pain and anguish, so its ok to be honest about your feelings.  Journaling helps you work through all these emotions.
